Terry showed a lot of patience and was really attentive while helping us book our flights. He returned our calls as promised and kept us in the loop about everything. All in all, it was a super smooth experience.

We asked Flightspro to book us a ticket with Singapore Airlines to Sydney. They didn’t mention that a chunk of the journey was with Scoot, the budget side of Singapore Airlines. A guy named Terry, who was supposed to help us, gave us incorrect info about seat availability, which made us shell out an extra £307.80 just to get our seats. On top of that, Terry wouldn’t provide the booking number for Scoot and insisted that seats would be assigned at check-in. Overall, the service was lacking any quality, leaving us questioning if we’d even make it to our destination and back. Steer clear of this so-called 'Travel Agency.'

Terry offered a super reassuring and professional experience, always getting back to me fast with any questions I had. He was quick and effective in setting up a really good flight deal to New Zealand, including a stopover. I'm more than happy to give a strong recommendation for his services. Nelica

For a few days, I was on the hunt to book my flight with different companies, but I just wasn't feeling right about the info I was getting. That all changed today when I had a chat with Terry. He really took the time to explore other dates for me, helping me snag the best deal for when I wanted to travel. Terry was super considerate and made sure I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision. He allowed me the space to think it over and get back to him later. Terry from Flightpro was super efficient, cool-headed, and professional in every interaction, whether through email or on the phone. He took the time to clearly outline each part of my trip and explained how everything would go, especially since I'm flying with this carrier for the first time. Huge shoutout to Mike Hopkins for helping me book our flights to Jamaica. The service was top-notch and super polite.

I actually called flightspro by mistake, but after chatting with Mike, I found it easy to secure my flights.

Right now, I'm in touch with Mike about hotel options in Jamaica for August 2019, and if the rates are reasonable, I’ll surely be booking with flightspro for our family trip in September 2020.

In February 2018, I booked some flights to the Caribbean through FlightsPro. I ran into an issue, but the company managed to sort it out in the end. I put down a deposit to secure my seats at a certain price, but when I settled the remaining balance (well before the deadline), FlightsPro claimed the fare had jumped by £1200. After chatting with them, they finally admitted that this wasn’t the best outcome for me as a customer and refunded the entire increase.

We recently booked our tickets to Dubai through Flights Pro and scored some amazing prices along with excellent help from their crew, especially James.

I’d definitely suggest using Flight Pro for your travel arrangements.

I was really blown away by Frank at Flightspro. I had a pretty tricky trip to set up to Hawaii, but through LA so my son could tag along. Frank got me business class seats on my favorite airline for a good price. He even held the flights for me to pay when it suited me and sent the tickets right after I paid. I’ll definitely go with him again instead of booking directly or using other agents like I did in the past.

You know how we all keep looking for different travel agencies to snag a good deal for our vacations? That's how I stumbled upon flightspro.co.uk. Honestly, I can't think of anything they could improve on. The prices are fantastic, the response time is quick, the staff are friendly, and it's a UK-based business.
